Toddler Angst
Folks of all ages work out serious issues in their dreams. A few months ago, Meredith was yelling "MINE" in her sleep pretty frequently. We've worked through some sharing issues, so now we're on to new topics. Last night Meredith whimpered in her sleep, cried out a little bit, and then very clearly said "I need some ketchup." Poor deprived child.

And if she ever sees that picture, it will only be a matter of time before she wakes up screaming "Killer hot dogs. Help!" Yikes.
I feel the child's pain. Especially when I go to Chick-Fil-A. There's something about waffle cut french fries that require exponentially more ketchup than regular fries. I find myself frantically trying to open and squeeze out 8 to 10 packets of ketchup before my fries get cold. Even as an adult, sometimes I find myself wanting to call out in desperation - "I NEED SOME KETCHUP!"
Wow, Dan. You have some angst of your own. And you didn't even address the fact that Chick-Fil-A fries also require mayonnaise. That's a lot of tiny packets. Good that Mer is facing this angst now.
